At the time of the Full Moon, we connect for sacred embodiment of the cosmic transformation. Consciously riding the waves of the moon each cycle, we unravel and shed what we don’t need, coming into more of our truth and expression.

Each session will move through embodied meditation, rooted in various yogic practices, with a sound healing and cleansing for deep relaxation and renewal. The energetics will vary depending on the astrological and seasonal qualities of each cycle.
