The workshop is for anyone who wishes to spend some precious time with this enchanting element.

The experience shares practices from our EMERGE yoga training module that connects participants to the consciousness of winter as defined by Traditional Chinese Medicine..

This is the element that draws forth our energy from the sub quantum realms and allows us to take a physical form.  From this perspective, our souls separate from Eternal Spirit and incarnate into a body that is mainly water.  

We EMERGE into a cellular journey and self assemble while floating in the amniotic sack.  The sounds of our new environment filter through the fluids and trigger a dream state.  We enter into forgetfulness, temporarily exchanging our great universal wisdom for a new adventure  - here on planet Earth.
